1. I didn't see you and was too wrapped up in my friend/book/coffee/imagination/internal angst.
2. You looked busy and I didn't want to interrupt & have it be awkward.
3. We've sworn a blood oath against each and this is neither place nor time to engage in combat but I will come for you someday.
4. You didn't say hello the last time so now we’re stuck in a rudeness loop.
